Mobile Marketing Best Practice
We have developed a brand new tool for cooking fans - a mobile cookbook, containing pictures and recipes, displayed in the mobile phone. Mobile cookbook is a Java application, which is downloaded once and installed in phone's memory. Thanks to this tool, you don't have to remember, write down or print ingretients' lists when going for shopping.
To download the application users had to send "KNORR" SMS to 7460 Premium number (in Poland only). After sending the SMS, people received a WAP-Push message with a link to download the application from. Mobile Cookbook Knorr contained a selection of recipes by Pascal Brodnicki - a celebrity chef in Poland. Ingredients' lists included some Knorr products like bulioncubes or spices.
Our solution was acclaimed by experts in Poland and abroad - it was presented as mobile marketing Best Practice at marketing conferences in Kiev and Copenhagen.
